İpek Bulgur who makes all its production from the wheats grown in quite iron-rich and mineral-rich lands of Mardin Plain was founded in the year of 1990 in Mardin. İpek Bulgur produces the bulgurs of highest quality of Mardin Plain in its modern facilities with new technology.
İpek Bulgur operates both in national and foreign markets and owes TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) certificate, Food Production Permit, ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and ISO 22000: 2005 Food Safety Management System certificates. The bulgur factory is located on 11.000 m2 indoor space and 34.000 m2 in total; and has a production capacity of 72.000 tons per year.
As well as offering İpek Bulgur products to our consumers in national and international market with the nutritional value of highest quality, our vision is to bring Mardin bulgur to its rightful place and also to protect and develop the natural production along with our suppliers and business partners.
